You are actually the second person to point this out and I’m feeling a bit sheepish that I made this mistake, in case you don’t see the other response that I posted:
I have this annoying tendency to mix-up timeline-canon and official-canon. The math from the pre-boot timeline suggests that as of Red Robin Tim would be 22, but doesn’t take into account the fact that he has already been de-aged by official-canon at least once at that point. Tim is like DC’s version of Peter Pan, he never gets to go past a certain age.
